Tim Walch, Hoover Library wrote on Jun 25, 2022:

"Dear Cathy and family -- I was so sad to learn that Jim had passed. He was such a good and devoted friend to the Hoover Presidential Library during my years as director. He was diligent, friendly, and well informed -- a real professional as a security guard. I came to appreciate his service and value to the Library the better I got to know him. Sadly, I saw him infrequently in recent years, but I will always remember him as an important member of the staff at West Branch. I hope he gets a chance to say hello to President Hoover as part of his eternal reward. My best wishes to all of you in your sorrow, Tim Walch Director Hoover Presidential Library 1993-2011"
