Stella Armellino

Stella Armellino, 76 of Rochester, passed away peacefully July 2, 2022, at Methodist Hospital. Stella was born March 25, 1946, in Brooklyn, New York to Mario and Estelle Aliscio. Stella was united in marriage to Louie Armellino while living in Brooklyn. Louie later passed away in 1994 and after Louie's death Stella moved to Rochester, Minnesota with her sons in 1996. Stella worked as a Certified Nursing Aid at Madonna Towers of Rochester before retiring in 2009.
Stella was very proud to be from New York. Stella loved nothing more than to cook for her family and her meatballs were out of this world. Stella was always happy when spending time with her granddaughters and her sons and families.
Stella, a beloved mother and grandmother, is survived by her three sons, Louis (Andrea), Mario, and Anthony (Natalie), and two granddaughters (Samantha and Olivia). Stella was one of six children with four brothers and a sister. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
A time of visitation with be held Friday July 8, 2022 from 10:00am - 1:00pm at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home 5421 Royal Place NW. Burial will be at Oakwood East Cemetery.
