Dennis Fredrickson
June 20, 1944 - July 2, 2022

Dennis "Denny" Fredrickson, age 78 of Antigo, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on June 20, 1944, in Rhinelander, a son of the late James and Anne (Kolich) Fredrickson.

Denny was a 1962 graduate of Rhinelander High School. He married Judy Richardson, the couple had two children, Denise and Scott, and later divorced. He married Mary (Chervenka) Heckert on August 20, 1983, they had a son, Eric.

Early in life Denny worked for Coca-Cola in Rhinelander, he later worked for Mid-Wisconsin Beverage (Pepsi) in Antigo, where he was a service manager working with the area casinos.

Denny was an avid fisherman and enjoyed many annual trips to Canada. He also enjoyed camping, hunting, golfing, baseball and playing bingo at the casino.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Mary; daughter, Denise (Dave) Schroeder of Lake Mills; two sons, Scott (partner Paula Fralick) Fredrickson of Rhinelander and Eric Fredrickson of Antigo; three grandchildren, Nicole (Liz) Hemming-Schroeder of Fort Collins, CO, Marissa (Andrew) Adams of Fort Atkinson, WI and Marina Schroeder of Lake Mills, WI; and a great-grandson, Ryker Adams.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Fredrickson.

Per Denny's wishes, there will be no funeral service.

The family would like to thank the staff at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay and Unity Hospice for their concern and care for Dennis and his family.

Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
