"I am so very saddened to hear of John's passing. I've only known him for a short period of time, as he was a regular in my Voorhees sandwich shop for the past 2 years. Whenever he (and the Frankie's) came in, we always knew we were in for some laughs. We've been thinking of him because we haven't seen him lately, so I sent him a text the other day just to check on him. Now I know why I never got a response:( This was so shocking to me. I will definitely miss seeing him. I send my sincere sympathies to his family and friends."

"Johnny O, picked me up and took me to my very first meeting. On the way he told me to keep going to the meetings and I?m on my own after this ride. It sounded harsh at at time, but he also said, if you want, you got to go get it. I?ll certainly miss our conversations. Johnny was a good and honorable man. "
