Joseph B. Ogden, of Runnemede, on August 12. Age 85. Devoted husband of Mary Ellen Ogden (nee Murphy) for 58 years. Loving father of Patricia Ogden, the late Kathleen Pudney and Joseph Michael Ogden. Cherished grandfather to Mckenzie Catherine.
Joseph loved to play golf and was a huge fan of sports, especially the Philadelphia Eagles. He was extremely devoted to his faith and loved to read as well. Joseph was a veteran in the United States Army and was known for loving his sweets and cooking. He especially loved cooking Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner for his family. He played baseball for the AAA Athletics.
There will be a Memorial Mass on Monday, August 29th at Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa's Church at 10:30am.
Interment is private at the request of the family.
