Amy E. Scull
March 16, 1925 - August 25, 2022

Amy E. (nee Grant) Scull of Haddon Heights, NJ, passed away on August 25, 2022. Amy was born on March 16, 1925, the youngest of seven children to George and Amy Grant in the city of Gloucester. She pridefully told stories of her early years in Gloucester and reminded everyone she was an alumna of Gloucester Catholic High School.

She was an administrative secretary for Sealtest for several years. She met her love, Tom down the Jersey Shore (Townsends Inlet to be specific) and married June 18, 1949 settling down in Haddon Heights for 70 years.

Amy's greatest accomplishments were supporting her husband receiving his engineering degree from Drexel, successfully raising her three children and celebrating the joyful events of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Amy loved to travel with her husband, spending wonderful moments with her friends, cheering on the Phillies, listening to Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett and most importantly she loved the years spent at her shore home in Townsends Inlet.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Amy Grant; her loving husband, Tom; sisters, brothers and brother-in-law Mae (Frank) Marshall, Dorothy (Walt) Fore, Pearl (Charles) Swain, Violet (Joe) Scull, John Grant and Edward Grant.

She is survived by her daughter Pat (Jim) Jorgensen, and sons Tom (Michele) Scull and John Scull. She was the proud grandmother to Tom Scull (Julia Payton), Andrea Kraemer (Jon), Michael D'Angelo (Kate), and John Scull (Rachel Lewis) and loving Gigi to Carson and Sienna Kramer and Brooke D'Angelo.

Her family extends gratitude to the staff at Spring Hills Post-Acute in Woodbury for their attentiveness, care and empathy.

There will be a visitation from 10:00am to 11:30am Thursday, September 1st at Saint Rose of Lima Church in Haddon Heights.

Funeral Mass at 11:30am.

Interment New Saint Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
