Robert Anthony Kaspari, age 82, passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022 after a short illness. Bob was born on May 11, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan. He was the son of the late Rose (Policy) and Anthony ("Dutch") Kaspari. He is survived by his wife Shirley (Johnson), his 2 daughters Elizabeth Toll (Ryan) and Katie Rizzo (Matthew), his 4 grandchildren Alyssa, Drew, Lucas, and Benjamin, as well as many cousins and friends.
Bob was a graduate of University of Detroit and Syracuse University. He retired from US Army Tacom in June, 2001 after 32 years of service to the United States Department of Defense. Bob loved sports, cars, and history. He enjoyed spending time with his family and sharing his many opinions about politics, history, and world events. He will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 21st 4-8pm at Chas. Verheyden, Inc.- Duross Chapel, 28499 Schoenherr, Warren, 48088. Funeral will be Thursday, Instate at 10am until time of Service at 11am at the funeral home.
