Robert A. Jones, on September 25, 2022, of Gloucester Twp., NJ; formerly of the Fairview section of Camden, NJ. Age 83.
Beloved husband of the late Jean Jones (nee Osborne). Devoted father of Robert Jones (Carmen), Jeanne Chumbley (John), Marlene Hrynio (Joseph), and Christina Torok (Laurance). Loving Pop Pop of Holly, Stephanie, Ryan, Robert, Megan, Melissa, Shaun, and Alex and great grandpop of Steven, Daniel, Charles, and Abigail. Dear brother of Sammy Jones and Doris Kavanagh. Preceded in death by 15 siblings. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Robert was an electrical engineer for many years and the successful owner of several bars, including Olde Grads Lounge in Oaklyn.
There will be a viewing from 7pm to 9pm Friday, September 30 and from 10:15am to 11:15am Saturday, October 1 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.
Funeral Mass 12 noon Saturday at Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa RC Church, Runnemede.
Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing.
