Marjorie J. Vallee
February 17, 1921 - October 12, 2022

Marjorie J. Vallee, of Woodstock, New York died peacefully on October 12, 2022 at her daughter's home in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. She was 101. Marjorie was born and raised in New York, the daughter of Joseph and Josephine Wachtel. She worked as a telephone operator for AT&T prior to becoming a homemaker for her beloved husband, Lawrence Vallee (pre-deceased) and their four children. Through the years Marjorie enjoyed bowling, golfing, crafting for the church Bazaar, square dancing, bird watching, gardening, playing cards and puzzles, and spending time with her family.

Cherished mother of Lawraine Vallee and her husband Charlie Meyer, Joseph Vallee and his partner Doug Wood, Phyllis Vallee, Joy Kimm and her husband Kevin. Proud grandmother of Jacob Meyer and his wife Jaclyn, Kerry Dolan and her husband Chris, Kevin Kimm and his wife Christina, Connor and Cortland Kimm. And proud great-grandmother to Jase, Jemma, Jude and Jillian Meyer and Finley and Elsie Dolan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Marjorie's memory to one of her favorite charities: Boys Town, St. Labre Indian School or to the Henry Ford Macomb Hospice (Henry Ford Health fund ID H60049).
