Ronald Dale Bender, of Elcho, died Monday, October 17, 2022 at Asprius Langlade Hospital. He was born on October 27, 1946, in Antigo, a son of the late Dale and Margaret (VanDuser) Bender.
He was a graduate of Delavan-Darien High School. Ron served in the United States Army from 1965-1967.
He was an over the road truck driver for many years.
Survivors include a son, Justin (Roseanna) Bender of Pelican Lake; and grandchildren, Dakota, Danielle, and Emerson Bender.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Joan Hackett and Clara Schmitz.
A graveside service and military honors will be held at the Elcho Cemetery on Thursday, October 27 at 10 a.m.
