Ferdinando V. Russo "Fred", age 89, on November 18, 2022 of West Deptford, NJ; formerly of Runnemede, NJ.
Son of the late Mary (nee Cicerone) and Frank O. Russo. He was also predeceased by his brother Frank Russo, sisters, Rose DeLuca and Lucy DiSalvatore and his niece Cynthia Finnegan. He is survived by his beloved wife Rita Russo (nee Mignogna), his loving daughter Michele Russo-DeSimone (Ronald) of Cherry Hill, NJ. Loving uncle to Frank Russo (Colleen), Salvatore DeLuca (Teresa) and a great-uncle to Kelly, Shannon, Alex, and Madison. Fred was loved by so many and always had a smile.
Fred was a United States Army Veteran proudly serving his country during peacetime. He was a plasterer and mason contractor retiring after 25 years with Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ. He was a member of J & R Young at Heart Club for 33 years. He always enjoyed the time he would spend outdoors tending to his vegetable garden and yard. He also liked to fly his drone, and loved to spend time in the kitchen. Fred liked to play pool and was very good at it.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing from 10am to 12pm at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE, NJ. Funeral Service 12pm at the Funeral Home. Entombment to follow at Lakeview Memorial Park Cinnaminson, NJ.
