Jeremy Joseph McKolay
March 18, 1975 - December 5, 2022

Jeremy Joseph McKolay was an Amazing Person and Larger than Life! He passed away unexpectedly on December 5, 2022 at the age of 47.

He was born on March 18, 1975 in Warren, MI to Joseph and Jane McKolay and attended Notre Dame High School (Class of '93) and attended Northwestern Michigan College. After college, Jeremy went onto become a Plastic Injection Molding Engineer.

Jeremy was a True Sportsman. He was an Avid Hunter, Angler, and Collector of Rare Artifacts. Jeremy loved to cook for family & friends and host barbeque cookouts & bonfires at his Summer Home in Northern Michigan.
Jeremy is survived by: his Mother Jane; Sister Jenifer Patricia Taylor (Charles Taylor); His Nieces, Gwen Taylor, Payton (Goddaughter) Baron & Ellie Yezback; His Nephews, Ashton Baron & Jayden Yezback; Jeremy was also known as "The Favorite Uncle" to all of His Nephews & Nieces.

The Visitation for Jeremy will take place on Wednesday, December 14th from 4-8pm at Chas. Verheyden, Inc., 16300 Mack Ave., Grosse Pointe Park (Located S.W. of Cadieux at the foot of Outer Dr.).

Funeral Services will take place Thursday, December 15th with a gathering from 9:30am until the time of Mass, 10:00am, at St. Paul on the Lake Catholic Church, 157 Lake Shore Rd., Grosse Pointe Farms.

We miss him. We will miss the amazing person and friend he has become to many.

Jeremy's infectious enthusiasm and zest for life will be missed by all. Jeremy was a positive influence and welcomingly and warmly embraced everyone he knew.

Jeremy will be remembered as A Best Friend to Many and All of God's Creatures!
