Donald L. Wrightner
April 14, 1945 - February 6, 2023

Donald Leo Wrightner of Clinton Township, Michigan passed away Monday, February 6, 2023 at the age of 77 in Clinton Township. He was born April 14, 1945 in Mount Clemens, Michigan to Raymond Joseph Wrightner and his wife Hattie Josephine Aprill. Donald entered the United States Army serving overseas during the Vietnam Counteroffensive from 1966 -1967. Following his military service Donald worked as a Maintenance & Paint Technician for B.A.S.F., married his love Margaret Jurey and together they raised a son and daughter. He loved to work with his hands and piece things together from Puzzles and woodworking to the many Home Improvment projects his family always put him in charge of.

Donald leaves behind his beloved wife Margaret Wrightner, his children; Anita (Tim) Dotson and Donald (Thelma) Wrightner and 4 grandchildre; Caitlyn Dotson and Nadia ,Juliana and Emma Wrightner. He was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Hattie, his sister Shirley Grube and brother Garnet Wrightner.

Visitation for Donald L. Wrightner will be 3:00pm - 8:00pm Friday, February 10, 2023 at Chas Verheyden, Inc., 43300 Garfield Rd., Clinton Township, Michigan 48038 and he will lie Instate 10:30am Saturday, February 11, 2023 until time of Funeral Mass, 11:00am at St. Ronald Catholic Church, 17701 Fifteen Mile Rd., Clinton Township, Michigan 48035.
