"Knowing Carla Furcron was a complete pleasure! We worked together for many years at Davison Elementary-Middle. She was hard-working, passionate, talented (in many ways), and lots fun! I have so MANY wonderful memories of our time together! Praise God for her life and legacy because to know Carla was to know the immense love that she had for Amy, her beautiful grands, and parents! My prayer is that God will heal and help you through this difficult time! Many blessings, Dr. Stacie Smith"

Valerie Colbert-Osamuede wrote on Mar 16, 2023:

"Mrs. Furcron and Amy, praying for you as you celebrate the life of Carla. Carla and I attended Bagley Elementary and St. Benedict together. She was my childhood friend. We went to different high schools and colleges. And years ago, we reconnected on Facebook. I am so glad we did. Carla was always direct about her feelings and opinions but never unkind. She was so creative! I loved seeing her crafts and projects. This inspired me to pick up those knitting needles and to keep trying. But what was always on display was how much she loved her daughter Amy, Grandbabies and Mom. I loved the posts with her grand babies and their adventures. You gave love and you were loved. will miss you my friend. May her memory always be a blessing. "Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted." "

Ramona Pearson wrote on Mar 16, 2023:

"To My Angel, Aunt Marie Furcron, to Mother Roberta, Daughter Amy, and all the amazing Furcron Family. I thank God for a family that knows and loves the Lord Jesus. God is a Spirit. We are Spirits. We know that though Carla leaves us tangibly here, her Spirit is still here and there with Jesus. No words can fill the void of a mother's absence, a daughter's absence, or even a neice's absence. Rationally, we live on God's clock; but humanistically, we feel real pain. So may the God of Mercy and Grace and Forgiveness and Love buoy this family through this painful time. May the God of Mercy and Grace and Forgiveness give this family the peace that surpasses our earthly understanding. May the Love of God and family and friends bring comfort as you mourn, as the Bible promises. Love to All. Ramona Pearson and Alvin Strane."

Crystal Jones wrote on Mar 9, 2023:

"Carla and I were close high school friends. After graduation, we connected every so often. On Feb 9, 2023, we met for tea at my daughter's coffee shop. Sadly, I didn't know it would be our last meeting. We had such a good time. We talked about her crafts, the purses she was making and wanted to sell. I was giving her pointers about various craft shows. We talked about crocheting. I asked her to teach me how to quilt. We laughed about eating too much and the girls getting on her about soda. We spent about 2 hours sitting and talking about our lives. Such a sweetheart. But the thing that stood out to me the most, as she talked about the girls and Amy is she was so happy. That is what gives me comfort. She was so happy in her life. I am grateful to God for that. Prayers for you Amy, Mrs. Roberta Furcron and the girls (who she loved so lavishly)"
