"Clara Belle was a special person ito our family! My best memories of her were at my parents 4th of July party on the lake. She used one of the kids scooters and rode it down the driveway but didn?t quite make it. The next year we hid the scooter so she thought about trying the wagon! She had such a zest for life that we loved seeing "
