Dawn Ann Kelly, age 64 passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at her residence in Kent, WA. She was born May 20, 1958 in Seattle, WA to Donald and Patricia (Rossi) Mitchell. She graduated from Chief Sealth High School in 1976. She worked as a retail manager and moved on to be a stay at home Mom. She enjoyed dancing, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. She was a strong advocate for special education as well as special Olympics. She is survived by her beloved Glenn Kelly, daughters Michelle Santos, Marcia Kelly, son in law Nathan Santos, granddaughters Meikayla Arias, Tristain Santos, Peyton Santos, and Great granddaughter Skye Arias.
