Ralph M. Lepak

Ralph M. Lepak, of Pickerel, died on May 24, 2023. He was 81 years old. He was born in Marathon City, a son of Michael and Elenor (Wadzinski) Lepak.

He was a graduate of Marathon High School, class of 1959, and received an associate's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. He worked for Penske Truck Leasing as the Great Lakes Area Vice-president. He held various other positions while working in the trucking industry. Ralph was an entrepreneur with many projects and never truly retired.

Ralph loved taking his family to the lake house in Pickerel since the 1970s and became a full-time resident of the community for the last 30 years. He enjoyed deer hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, playing the accordion, and traveling to Marco Island, Disney World, Aruba, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Farming and tractors were a favorite hobby of his.

Survivors include two daughters, Shelle (Michael) Dustmann of Wildwood, Missouri, and Kimberly (Kyle) Boguszewski of West Allis; two sons, Todd (Diane) Lepak of Shiocton, and Robb Lepak of Watertown; three grandchildren, Patrick Dustmann, Joshua Lepak, and Jacob Lepak; four sisters, Judy Lepak of Marathon City, Cindi (Jerry) Crochiere of Wausau, Sharon Wankey of Appleton, and Jacquelyn (Thomas) Goodman of Black River Falls; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; ex-wife, Cheryl Riemer; and brothers-in-law, Richard Wankey and Ross Riemer.

No services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Lepak family to establish a memorial in Ralph's honor.
