"Rest in Peace Wally. You and Della have been a big part of my life from the very day I met you. Always kind and loving. Making me feel welcomed and part of the Napier Methodist Church family. The Brooks family and many other neighbors were long life friends. Marrying into the Brooks you shared many memories. Della stayed in contact with Howard and Aunt Mary Lu. The women's group we talked about church matters, assisted with functions along with prayer partners. Della was my prayer partner and I had her one year. Was a very cherished memory for me. I will forever hold those in my heart. Della and Wally are now together in heaven enjoying one another's company again. Hope the memories shared with the Family brings comfort and ease your loss."

"Wally and Della were an important part of the Napier community. Their deaths leave a huge gap that no one else will be able to fill. Della was always involved with the Napier Alumni Association, keeping track of alumni addresses, making arrangements for reunions, and teaching bible school to community youth. Wally drove school bus for years, getting children safely to school. The community owes them a huge debt. Ann Keigley"
