Esther Marie Rolo
June 25, 1926 - June 8, 2023

Esther Marie Rolo, of Antigo, died on June 8, 2023 at The Bay at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center. She was 96 years old. She was born on June 25, 1926 in Antigo, a daughter of Frank and Anna (Maly) Baraniak.

She married Thomas Rolo, they had five children. The couple later divorced and he preceded her in death in 1988.

Esther was a graduate of Antigo High School, class of 1944.

She enjoyed embroidery, going to the casino, and watching football, especially the Green Bay Packers. Her greatest joy was spending time with children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include three daughters, Georgia Rolo (Dale Igl) of Antigo, Charlene Belau of Antigo, Christine Rolo of Antigo; a son, Daniel (Patsy) Rolo of Antigo; nine grandchildren, Shawn (Jason) Igl, Eric (Brooke) Igl, Dale John Igl, Paul (Jen) Belau, Daniel (Angel) Belau, Steven (Megan) Walsh, Tara Rolo, Justin (Melissa) Rolo, and Jared (Hannah) Rolo; many great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Kielcheski of Antigo; and family friend, Paul Belau of Arizona. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Ann Rolo Walsh; sister, Alice; brothers, Raymond (Leona) Baraniak, and John "Jack" (Haley "Jackie") Baraniak, and a brother-in-law, Richard Kielcheski.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, at 1 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with her nephew, Reverend James Baraniak O. Praem. officiating.

Burial will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home
