Joann A. Yates (nee Tenerelli), on June 24, 2023, of Bellmawr. Age 80.
Beloved wife of the late Walter G. Yates and companion for 20 years to the late Joseph Kelly. Devoted mother to Walter "Sonny'' Yates (Wendy), Michael Yates (Louise), Lisa Yates-Shaw, and the late Anthony J. Yates. Loving grandmother of Matthew, Roxanne, Shannon, Matt, Alyssa, Ryan, Ryley and Michael. Dear sister of Donna Elm (Skip). Aunt of Melanie Darconte. Also survived by many great grandchildren, family, and friends.
Joann was a dedicated employee of Camden City Hall for 25 years. She enjoyed her trips to Vegas with her friends and her family. Family was the most important thing in Joann's life and she was always happiest surrounded by her grandchildren.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 7:45am to 9:45am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.
Funeral Mass at 10:30am at St. Joachim Parish, Annunciation BVM Church, 601 W. Browning Road, Bellmawr, NJ 08031.
Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
