Jonathon E. Liedtke
October 1, 1962 - September 1, 2023

Jonathon E. "Jon Jon" Liedtke, of Antigo, passed away on September 1, 2023 at Rose Mary Manor Assisted Living in Mattoon. He was 60 years old. He was born on October 1, 1962 in Antigo, a son of Raymond and Lucille (Preboski) Liedtke.

He attended the Antigo Unified School District. After his mother's passing, Jon lived with and was cared for by Deb Thom for many years. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and attended bible studies.

Jon won many awards in bowling with the North Central Area Special Olympics and was named the Athlete of the Year in 2001. He was a big supporter of his family and friends with their sporting events and often attended local baseball games to cheer them on. Jon also enjoyed watching the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers. He participated in the Fishing Has No Boundaries event every Memorial Day.

Survivors include his sister, Jeanne (Marvin) Lowry of Maple Grove, MN; brother, Jeffrey "Turtle" (JoAnn) Liedtke of Antigo; three nephews, Eric (Melinda) Lowry of Flagstaff, AZ, Kevin (Alisa) Lowry of Blaine, MN, and Jason (Kendra) Koprek of Mosinee; two nieces, Heather (Pat) Stern of Antigo and Heidi (Jereme) Roach of Greenville, South Carolina; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 20 at 11:30 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home. Burial will take place in the Queen of Peace Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, October 20 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
