July 8, 1945 - January 1, 2024

Harriet J. Sponyoe of Clementon, NJ passed away on January 1st, 2024 at the age of 78. Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1945. Graduated from South Philadelphia High School in 1964. Worked as a deli clerk at Shoprite. She is survived by her children, Joseph Neil (Michelle) Sponyoe and Patricia Ann (Kenny) Sponyoe, grandchildren Valerie (Neil) Sponyoe, Victoria (Raúl) Sponyoe, and Veronica Sponyoe, and brother Michael (Phyllis) Curci. Preceded in death by Joseph F. Sponyoe (husband), Harry and Elizabeth Curci (parents), Ben Curci (brother) and Maria Cicalese (sister).

There will be a viewing from 10:00am until 11:45am on Friday, January 5 at Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Jude Church, Blackwood. Funeral Mass 12noon at Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Jude Church. Internment at St. Joseph's Cemetery.

Family requests in lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to Pennsylvania SPCA Philadelphia, PA 19134.
