Terry Lynn Hale, age 63 Terry passed away unexpectedly on January 5th, 2024 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, IA surrounded by his children.
He was born in Shenandoah, IA to Oscar "Bill" Hale and Mona Maxine (Shipley) Hale, who have preceded him in death.
Terry was the foreman for Hardy Roofing in Red Oak, IA for several years before beginning his career in plumbing supply sales for Plumb Supply Company in several locations. In his spare time, Terry enjoyed family activities, fishing, canoeing, four-wheeling and playing with his grandchildren.
Terry had two children from a previous marriage and then in 2001, he married Keva Keele and later adopted her two daughters as his own. They moved to Northwood, IA where Terry lived until Keva's passing in 2014.
Preceding him in death are his parents, his beloved wife, Keva (Keele) Hale; sisters Charlotte "Jane" Roth and Pauline "Sug" Gillespie.
Terry is survived by his children, Whitney (Thomas) Williams, Wyatt (Kayla) Hale, Suzy (Chris) Nordhus, Katie (Daniel) Kinsella, 9 grandchildren, brother: Ottis "Sonny" Hale and sister: Donna (Russell) Rowe; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Terry will be missed by all who knew him. The family goes on in peace knowing that he is now reunited with his beloved wife Keva.
