"We both have very fond memories of our dear friend Marvin. I had the privilege of working with him as he spent many years serving with the Portsmouth Baptist Association. He chaired many committees and officiated as moderator often. Ron knew him as a fellow member of JMBC where he so faithfully served. He was a godly man who set a wonderful example for all whose path he crossed. "
