Anita passed away peacefully in the early hours of her 100th birthday. She was married to her husband William (Bill) for almost 70 years and raised three children; Denise, Keith and Robert. Bill and Nita retired from Illinois, making Sarasota home since the early 1980's. They kept busy during retirement golfing, bowling and traveling. Anita is survived by her eldest and youngest children, Denise and Rob as well as her grand-dog Sadie.
Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Anita's name to Tidewell Hospice or The Alzheimer's Foundation.
