Walter F. Castle
July 18, 1973 - February 9, 2024

Walter F. Castle Jr., a beloved member of the Wakefield community, passed away on February 9, 2024. He left behind cherished memories and a legacy of love. Walter resided at Holiday Court in South Kingstown,RI, where he embraced life and shared his joy taking care of his Dad until his passing.

Born to his loving deceased parents Walter Sr. and Lillian (Friars) Castle, Walter grew up as part of a close-knit family.

Walter had a zest for life and a love for adventure. He was a proud graduate of Tiverton High School in 1992. He found solace and excitement at Foxwood Casino, where he spent many enjoyable hours with his father. The bond they shared was unbreakable, built on shared experiences, laughter.

Walter is survived by his sister Sherry Stanton and her husband Bob of Portsmouth, His brothers Frank Castle of PA and Douglas Castle and his wife Joyce of Fall River, MA, His nephews, Tyler Stanton, Cameron Stanton, and niece Melissa Castle. His committed and close cousins Cindy and Ed Dover of Ill. His aunt Sharon Hopey and uncle Pearson Friars and his wife Judith. Wally also leaves many cousins in Canada.

He was preceded in death by his parent Walter and Lillian, his brother Dave Castle.

Walter had a passion for motorcycles and enjoyed feeling the wind on his face as he rode down the open road. He also had a deep love for fishing, finding solace and tranquility in the rhythm of the water. He was an avid concert-goer, always up for a night of music and fun, creating memories that would last a lifetime visiting his cousins in Illinois.

Funeral services will be private. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved him.

In this time of loss, let us remember the joy, laughter, and love that Walter brought into our lives. May we find solace in the precious memories we shared and hold on to the knowledge that he will always be with us in spirit.
