Gilda "Jill" D. Pimpinello (nee Rossi), on March 14, 2024, of Deptford, formerly of South Philadelphia. Age 86.
Beloved wife of Anthony Joseph Pimpinello. Loving mother of Debra DiCrescenzo (Frank), Sharon Zdon (John), Anthony M. Pimpinello (Mary), and Brian Pimpinello (Kim). Cherished grandmother of Frank DiCrescenzo (Amanda), Heather Barlow (Christian), Sean Zdon (Cindy), Kristen Zdon, Madison Zdon, Philip Pimpinello (Sam), Kiera Pimpinello, Marlaina Frederick, and the late Anthony M. Pimpinello, Jr. Great grandmother of Philip Pimpinello, Isla DiCrescenzo, Charlotte Pimpinello, and Scarlett Pimpinello. Sister of Marie Patriarca (John) and Dolores Brooks (Ronald). Sister in law of the late Elizabeth Muldoon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Jill was a claim representative at Blue Cross for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling -- especially going to the shore to spend time at the campground and going to the casino. Jill was a very creative person that loved sewing, drawing, and decorating. She was musically inclined, loved to sing, in addition to playing several instruments. She was known for her great sense of humor. Jill loved her children and grandchildren dearly and her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family.
There will be a viewing from 9:00am until 11:00am on Wednesday, March 20 at Infant Jesus Parish - St. John Vianney, 2901 Good Intent Rd, Deptford, NJ 08096. Funeral mass at 11:00am. Entombment at St. Joseph's Mausoleum, Chews Landing, NJ.
