Kyle Jacobsen
September 27, 1993 - March 18, 2024

Kyle "KFJ" Jacobsen, age 30, of Pearson, took his own life on March 18, 2024. He was born on September 27, 1993 in Rhinelander, a son of Sherry Reynolds and Ted Jacobsen.

Kyle enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He liked being off-road whether in his truck or on an ATV. He will be remembered for his big heart and love of helping others. Kyle enjoyed traveling and the companionship of his dog, Duke.

He will be deeply missed by his mother, Sherry Reynolds (Mike Mischler) of Pickerel; father, Ted (Kristie) Jacobsen of Pearson; sister, Kayla Jacobsen (Ryan Korzinek) of Elcho; four brothers, Trevor Fraley (Trinity Stevens) of Pearson, Jordan (BreAnn) Hackbarth of Merrill, Brennan Livermore (Autumn) of Hancock and Bryce Burkhart of Pearson; grandparents, Bonnie Jacobsen of Pearson, Sharon Reynolds of Crandon and Jim Reynolds of Pearson; three nephews, Braydn Bricko, Asher Hackbarth, and Nathan Hackbarth; uncle, Kenny (Sarah) Sitsler of White Lake; aunt, Kelly (Bob) Stimac of Antigo; and best friend, Robert Hines of Pickerel. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ted Jacobsen, Sr.; aunt and uncle, Kim and Geno Schisel; cousin, Ryan Gross; and great-grandparents, Dick and Jackie Reynolds.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 25, at 11 a.m. at Arbutus Lutheran Church in Pearson with Pastor Dick Kendall officiating. Burial will take place in Pearson Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 25, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the church.
