Patricia L. Byrd (nee Brassill), on June 2, 2024, of Bellmawr, NJ. Age 89.
Beloved wife of the late William J. Byrd III. Devoted mother of Patricia Marchese (Jim), Kevin Byrd and the late William K. Byrd and Susan Marchese (Bill). Loving grandmother of Gianna, Gabrielle, Jimmy, Natasha (Joe) and Desirae (Anthony). Adoring Great-grandmother of Elizabeth, Emilia, Joey, Blake and Copeland. Dear sister of Barbara Sauter (the late Charles) and the late Catherine Kenney (James) and Harry "Bud" Brassill (Rosalie). Sister-in-law of Robert Byrd (Ann), Betty Ann Wyskochil and the late Brian Byrd. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
Born to Helen (nee Blymer) and Harry Brassill, Patricia was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School. After high school she began her carreer with the federal government in the social security system. She enjoyed spending time at the beach and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, which she adored.
There will be a viewing from 7pm to 9pm on Sunday, June 9, 2024 and again from 9:15am to 10:15am on Monday, June 10, 2024 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Mass 11am at St. Joachim Parish, Annunciation BVM Church, 601 W. Browning Road, Bellmawr. Interment to follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
