Cynthia Ann Miyao
August 29, 1958 - September 13, 2024

Cynthia Ann Miyao, age 66, passed away peacefully Friday, September 13, 2024, at St. Ann's Hospital in Burien, Washington. She was born in 1958 in Lawton, Oklahoma to William (Bill) and Marlene (Parker) Miyao. She was a member of the Comanche Nation Tribe of Oklahoma and a descendant of Chief Quanah Parker. She was a 1977 graduate of Foster High School in Tukwila, WA. She worked in the floral industry for many years, which was her passion. Cindy lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures like cooking, sewing, camping, and spending time with family and friends. Cindy had an amazing ability to create beautiful floral arrangements, cook for an army, create unique quilting patterns, and design beautiful beadwork. Most knew Cindy as a free spirit, carefree, and light-hearted.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Facundo, and son, William Michael Facundo (Janice), granddaughter, Tehya, and grandsons, Raiden and Uriah, sisters Laura Doyle (James), Terry Figueroa (Manuel), Pamela Harris (Joe), and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded by death by her father, William S. Miyao, her mother, Marlene Parker Miyao, and her brother, William Perry Miyao.
