Jager Charles Powell, age 28, of Appleton, died unexpectedly on October 27, 2024. He was born on May 10, 1996 a son of David (Donna Kuhr) Powell of Antigo and Stella (Todd Wilcox) Dudek of Seymour.
Jager had a heart of gold and was always willing to help others. He graduated from I Forward Wisconsin Online Charter School in 2014.
Jager loved spending time with his family and friends. He always enjoyed sitting around a campfire visiting and solving life's problems. The major loves in his life were his son, Sterling, his cat, Simba, longboarding, gaming, fishing, and playing guitar.
In addition to his parents, he will be deeply missed by his son, Sterling West and his mother Brittney; grandparents, Nancie and Larry Paulson of Appleton and Sandy Taggart of Seymour; sisters, Ashley Powell of Antigo and Samantha (Michael) Carey of Leopolis; brother, Jason Randel of Antigo; nephew, R J Roberts; nieces, Brexlee and Nova Carey; aunts and uncles, Shantel Powell of Rothchild, Nancy Shelly of Antigo, Jessie Powell of Antigo, Darren (Elizabeth) Osborn and Darryl (Gina) Osborn both of Alabama; cousins, Cody Colton, Brooklynn and Emma Powell and Carter Shelly; and best friend, Matthew Jagger.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Powell and Joseph Osborn.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, November 3 at the Bradley Funeral Home beginning at 12 p.m. with sharing of memories at 1:30 p.m.
He will be laid to rest with his much loved Papa Charles in the Evergreen Cemetery in the town of Almond.
