Victor Illichmann, age 84, of Evansville, Wisconsin, died on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Agrace Hospice in Madison. He was born on August 16, 1940 in Stickney, Illinois, a son of the late Stephen and Helen (Boucek) Illichmann. He married Carol Pechman on August 17, 1963.
Victor received his master's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. Mr. Illichmann taught fifth-grade science and math for Evansville Middle School for 31 years. For 20 years he volunteered with the Green Rock Audubon Society. He enjoyed nature and oil painting. He could fix anything. He will be remembered for his sense of humor.
Survivors include his wife, Carol; two sons, Victor A. (Kim) Illichmann and Mitchell (Scott Matthews) Illichmann, M.D.; a daughter, Carmen (Rob) Miceli; four grandchildren, Sofia and Dominic Miceli, Nadia and Rowan Illichmann; a sister, Valerie Olson; three brothers, Miles Illichmann, Paul Illichmann, and Karl (Jan) Illichmann.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Illichman.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21 at 11 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Wes Jedras officiating.
Visitation will be Friday, December 20 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be held at a later date at the Elmwood Cemetery in Antigo.
