Tributes

Roxanne Latimer wrote on Apr 9, 2025:

"Robin made the world a better place to be. She showed us through her unwavering love and devotion to her family, the loving way she lived, and the choices her health required her to make. Her keystones were hope, faith and love. Her ripples were all that plus, more love, compassion, courage and gratitude. She was a giver and a mirror for others to recognize these attributes in themselves and their loved ones. Robin's light was, and is, a gift I will cherish forever. Auntie Roxanne"

Kelly wrote on Apr 4, 2025:

"When Robin and I were young, we used to pretend we were twins. Any time we were together we?d pretend. I think we both so badly wanted to be each other?s sister that we felt if pretended long enough, it would be true. I have so many wonderful memories playing pretend with her and maybe a few memories that make me cringe at we lied. As we got older we drifted apart like a lot of cousins (and I imagine sisters) do. But whenever I came home I really tried to see her and the rest of my family. Even though we never rekindled the same closeness of our childhood, I am so grateful I had the time I did with her. I look back now and realize how lucky I was to have such a wonderful cousin with such a beautiful soul. I wouldn?t trade our summer shenanigans for anything in the world. And even though she wasn?t my sister I was lucky enough to call her my cousin. And my friend. I?m so grateful my childhood memories are filled with her. When she got sick I?ve never seen someone handle their pain with such grace and courage. I?ll always look up to her. Even now. I look up to her. I hope I can be as kind, and brave, and positive as she was. "
