Maria Teresa Isidro (Teresa)
June 1963 - May 2025
Born Maria Teresa, Teresa grew up in Parsippany, New Jersey. She moved to the Seattle area around 2000, where she worked at Microsoft and several startups as a senior finance and business analyst and project manager.
Among her proudest accomplishments were caring for Pops for seven years, helping raise her nephews, and being a loving sister and loyal friend to everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Surrounded by family and friends, Teresa passed away in 2025 after a courageous three-year battle with cancer.
Teresa is survived by her siblings Michelle, Walter, Alice and sister Mary who since passed; her nephews Eric and Matt; and her many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her nephew Mike.
Teresa is deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Juanita Beach Park in Kirkland, Washington, on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. An East Coast celebration will be planned at a later date.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, Fred Hutch Cancer Center, or Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland, Washington.

"Hello Everyone. This is Walter, Teresa's brother. Thanks for visiting her memorial. Amazing sister and dear friend. Selfless, humble, supportive and easy-going. Here is a list of things that remind me of my sister: Hardworking, dependable worker, an excellent memory for financial numbers. Playing the piano as a kid, her hobby in making papercrafts like cards, playing poker machines and poker (Vegas and World Series of Poker.) Tennis like the US Open. Her cooking! Her Pansit, Adobo, Kare Kare, and Sinagong! Food: Phil Cuisine in Lynnwood. Izumi Steakhouse in Kirkland were some of her favorits. Places: Rehobeth Beach DE, Kirkland's Juanita Beach, Paris' Marai District, Germany and Italy's Cinque Terre, Vegas! Fun stuff: Harry Potter, Bridgett Jones Diary, Les Miserable, Roger and Hammerstein, Youtube: Jojocamping and dianxixiaoge, MuckBang and cooking and travel shows!
