Mrs. Alfred (Julia) Wilkinson, 96, Green Bay, died Friday, January 21, 2005, at a local nursing home. She was born March 23, 1908, in Mercer, Wisconsin to the late Louis A. and Nettie (Duranso) Moseler. She married Alfred A. Wilkinson on April 2, 1929, in Mellin, Wisconsin; he preceded her in death March 14, 1990. After her marriage to Alfred, they moved to Chicago and later to Green Bay. She was a member of the Red Cross for 25 years, a member of People to People Club, a charter member of St. Joseph's Altar Rosary Society, the Christian Women's Club, Forever Young Club and the homemakers club. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Kathryn (Gary) Jost, Cupertino, California; three sons and daughters-in-law, Alfred (Isabelle) Wilkinson, De Pere; Louis (Patricia) Wilkinson, Muskego, Wisconsin; and Don (Marsha) Wilkinson, Allouez; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marie Kunsch, Glidden, Wisconsin and Lois Dupie, Ontonagon, Michigan; many other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, George, Robert and John Moseler; one sister, Dorothy Miller; and two grandsons, Patrick and Mark. Friends may call after 9:30 A.M. Tuesday, January 25, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, where the Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Mike Ingold officiating. Entombment will be at Allouez Mausoleum. Lyndahl Funeral Home is serving the family. The family would like to thank the entire staff at San Luis Medical & Rehab Center, especially Patty, her guardian angel.
