Edward W. Tiske, 75, formerly of Green Bay, died Friday evening, April 23, 2004 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, Wis. He was born on Aug. 4, 1928,in Alpha, Mich., to the late Walter and Eva Tiske. He served his county in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. On Sept. 8, 1988, he married Jeanette Trzebiatowski in Green Bay. Ed was an engineer at WBAY-TV for 40 years before retiring in 1992. Survivors include his wife, Jeanette, Cudahy; five children: Val (Ida) Tiske, Casco, Brian (Candy) Tiske, Craig Tiske, Lynn Rosner, all of Green Bay, and Eileen (Bob) Conant, Crivitz; six grandchildren; four stepchildren: Glenn Zandi, Gary Zandi, Geri (Dean) Driggett, all of Milwaukee, and Gina Michalski, Mukwanago, a number of step grandchildren; one sister: Barbara Mirr, Muskego; one brother, Clifford (Maxine) Tiske, Winnemucca, NV; mother-in-law: Josephine Trebe, Stevens Point, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, one sister, and brothers- and sisters-in-law. Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 26, 2004, at the chapel in Allouez Chapel Mausoleum, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Mike Ingold officiating. Entombment to follow. Lyndahl Funeral Home is serving the family. Memorials may be given to the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King.
