Gloria Reimer Wicker

Gloria DuFord Reimer Wicker, 80, Stiles, formerly of Green Bay, died Sunday, October 17, 2004 at a local hospital. She was born March 7, 1924 in Green Bay to the late Harry and Irene (Gauthier) DuFord. On June 28, 1941, she married Alfred Reimer Sr.; he preceded her in death on November 23, 1986. On June 27, 1987, she married Norman Wicker; he preceded her in death on January 2, 1996. She worked for Kaster Religious Supplies before becoming employed by Wisconsin Public Service, where she worked for many years before retiring. Gloria sold Avon products and enjoyed bowling, having rummage sales, and sideline coaching for the ATAK softball team in Howard. She was also an avid Packers fan. Survivors include six sons, Roger (Mary) Reimer, Ronald Reimer, Randall Reimer, Richard (Cindy) Reimer, Russell (Sandy) Reimer, all of Green Bay; Al (Kay) Reimer, Jr., with whom Gloria made her home, Stiles; two daughters, Shirley (Jim) Holterman, DePere; Tina (Louie) Goeltz, Green Bay; 22 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, one brother and two sisters. Friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Thursday, October 21, 2004, at Lyndahl Funeral Home, Lombardi Ave. at Ridge Rd., Green Bay where the funeral service will be held at 7:00p.m. with Sister Melanie Maczka officiating. Entombment in Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. We were graced to have Gloria live at the home of Al and Kay, where she found great joy from their daughters, Mandy, Christy, and Jessica; and neighbors, Brian and Lucy Kazmerek.
