In loving memory of

Jack L. Stein
October 18, 2011

After a long illness Jack Lawrence Stein passed away at home surrounded by his family. Survivors include his wife Cindy (Schweiner); his daughter Sandra (John) Scavone; his son Mark (Randy) Stein; his sister Patricia (David) Babcock; his sister-in-law, Celeste Schweiner; his brothers-in-law Craig (Oksana) Schweiner and Curt (Debra) Schweiner; as well as many nieces and nephews; his golfing buddy, Ray Staszak; and his faithful beagles, Brandy, Barbie and Bailey.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Augusta Stein and his brother Richard Arthur Stein.

Jack served his country for four years as a medic in the United States Air Force.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and travel. He loved the great outdoors and felt closest to his God when he was surrounded by nature. Jack often quoted: Nature is the only manifestation of God that man will ever seeĀ. His mission in life was to put smiles on the faces of everyone he met by seeing humor in any situation.

Jack loved lilacs. We invite you to bring a bouquet of lilacs for him. Vases will be supplied. Come and join in the celebration of Jack's life.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM Monday, May 26, at Lyndahl Funeral Home. Visitation will continue after 9:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home where the memorial service will take place at 11:00 AM with Deacon Bob Nooker officiating, followed by full military honors.
