Jacqueline R. Sommer, 85, Bellevue, died Monday, July 27, 2009, at a local hospital. She was born March 22, 1924 to the late John and Edith Clark in Iron Mountain, Michigan. She was married to Orville Sommer; he preceded her in death April 15, 1985.
In later years, she enjoyed traveling with her friend, Dick. She was also an avid reader.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Todd Sommer and his wife, Ginny, Green Bay; and a granddaughter, Kendra Sommer and her special friend, Richard Walczyk.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys and Betty.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday, July 30, at Lyndahl Funeral Home where the funeral service will take place at 6 p.m. Burial will be at Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend, Wisconsin. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lyndahl.com.
