Patrick William Moore, 47, Green Bay, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2009. He was born on March 27, 1962 to the late William and Lois "Jeanie" (LaChapelle) Moore of Green Bay, WI.
Pat was a lover of life, from caring for his two parrots and five guinea pigs, to cooking and baking for friends and family. He loved being Uncle Pat to his very special nephews, William and Carson, and niece, McKenzie. Despite many health issues, Pat was strong and independent. He was always honest with the people in his life â€" sometimes painfully so â€" but always with the best intentions.
Pat is survived by his brothers, Michael Moore, Brian (Lori) Moore and Scott (Sarah) Moore; his sister, Carla (Mark) Penny; 14 nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother and grandparents.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 A.M. Friday, August 7, at Lyndahl Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Burial will be at Fort Howard Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
