Harry "Wink" Winkelspecht

Harry J. "Wink" Winkelspecht, 67, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009. He was born October 29, 1941, to the late Joseph and Helen (Coyle) Winkelspecht in Riverside, New Jersey. Wink served in the US Navy on board the USS Ely in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. On July 16, 1977, he married Susan Jauquet in Iron Mountain, MI. Harry retired as a territorial sales manager for GA Larson Company after 36 years of employment. In his free time he enjoyed playing golf with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Susan; two sons, Rick (Laura) Winkelspecht, Robert (Nancy) Winkelspecht; two daughters, Michelle Maloney, Jody (Jay) Yaeso; four grandchildren, Thomas, Katie, Jason, Clayton; and three brothers, Francis (Charlotte) Winkelspecht, Donald (Shirley) Winkelspecht, Phillip Winkelspecht.
Wink was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Joseph and Herman Winkelspecht, and his favorite aunt, Laura Winkelspecht.
Friends may call 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, October 30, at Lyndahl Funeral Home, where a Parish Wake service will be held at 6:45 p.m. Visitation will continue Saturday, October, 31, at 9 a.m. at St. Willebrord Catholic Church, 209 South Adams Street, with the Reverends Ken DeGroot O. Praem and Arnie Grambow officiating the funeral mass at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at St. Vincent Cardiac ICU, Pulmonary ICU and the doctors of Prevea.
