"to Layla on Facebook. Time had passed and memories had forgotten, I never heard back
From her. My heart sunk from a selfish notion of neglect. only to realize, the pure pedal from the twilight rose she grew from, had wilted, and passed from us so suddenly. I only wish I had known sooner. Even as an adult, my love for Layla still grasps a reign on my soul from back to childhood. I only wish I could have been there.
from the equally struggling mind of the depressed bliss.

"My deepest condolences. I can't believe it took 5 years for me to become aware of this most horrific happening.
I went to school with Layla during our intermediate years at Stoughton. With all honestly, I will lay upon my sympathy to those that cared deeply for this most beautiful human being. After 4-5 years (roughly) of leaving the stoughton school district, I moved back to Wisconsin. My mother had been incarcerated for two months where she befriended dear Layla. After knowing her time spent with my mother, I sent a message to

"Hello Cheryl and Ian, I remember the first time I met Layla...........she was not sure about coming to my daycare but I soon won her over! She even gave me a hug at the end of each day! What a wonderful big sister she was to Ian........always was there for him if he needed her. I remember her quick smile, her beautiful eyes, her tender heart........You will be in my prayers. Take care of each other. Your friend, Donna Knuteson (White Oaks Family Daycare)"
