"Pete,
Words can't express the feelings I have for you. You became my teacher and my friend...you inspired me creatively but more than that, you inspired me by your actions. You lived deeply, laughed heartily and shared your love, passion and friendship with so many. Anyone that knew you became a better person because of you...I love you and will miss you. -Miss Tara"

"Peter was a very brave man who fought a long hard battle. Peter's legacy is his art. his smile, his warm personality which touched the hearts and souls of so many close friends. He always had the support and love of his mother who lived in New Jersey. He talked to her daily. He loved living in Fort Lauderdale to persue his dream of metal art and to be close to his second family which is his close friends. His good looks and that big smile showing his teeth would warm every ones heart. Peter, your many memories will live on with your family and friends. You lived life to the fullest and will be missed by all."

"Lynn,
As we all know, Peter is in a wonderful place truly at peace with God. No more suffering and no more pain.
We feel so very blessed to have had the true privilege to have met Peter when he lunch with the both of you late last year.
I will never forget the true compassion, the steadfast courage, and the genuine modesty that Peter demonstated that day and always. He will forever hold a very special place in all of our hearts.
Last, but not least, we are so incredibly fortunate to have you as a such an indelible presence in our lives. We have learned so much from you, both personally and professionally.
However, it is the personal learning that will forever remain in our hearts the most. Your steadfast and unconditional love for your children and for your family is always evident and your grace to "see and appreciate " God's blessings are remarkable.
We love you, stay strong, and we are here for anything, big or small.
With Love,
Sean M. Kelly and the entire Brickman Team"
