"Catherine was a beautiful person and a wonderful friend. I had the pleasure of having over my house on several occasions she and Rosaliaand spent time with me and my family. She would make her famous salads, they were delicious. I remember staying up late with her and watching funny movies. she was so loud, louder than me. I remember she had me drive her all over town trying to purcahse a new car. She ended up buy a used car from Hialeah, only to end up selling it to Car Max the next day. Wow, she came up with the craziest things. And her language who can forget that, not me. Ever since her nad Rosalia can into my life, it was never the same. i loved them as if they were my every own family. Catherine was very kind and always very generous. she always gave more than she recieved. my family and I will miss her, but she will always live in our hearts. RIP MY BEAUTIFUL FRIEND! I LOVE YOU! "
