Anne Schlegel wrote on Nov 30, 2009:
"Les, Karlette and family, we send you our most heartfelt sympathy. Blanche was a special lady. I will always remember her wonderful smile and that she was a great cook. Before my grandma Grace Seipold died in 2004, I compiled all of her handwritten recipes in a binder, and several of Blanche's recipes are in there. Then there are of course Blanche's recipes in the Ladies Aid cookbooks. I enjoy looking through those recipes and making them when I have a chance. Blanche was a faithful member of St. John's until moving to Florida and in that way she provided me with a great Christian example when I was younger, that remains with me today. We know that she is with Jesus. We will see her again in heaven. God be with you, give you hope and strength and bless you. Anne (Seipold), Gordon and Kayla Schlegel"
