WACO, Texas--Yvette Marie Cardenas Ruiz, 39, passed away to be with the Lord on Friday, April 6, 2012, in Waco, Texas.
Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of The Angels, 2602 North Texas Avenue, Weslaco, Texas. Officiating will be Rev. Ismael De La Tejera. Pallbearers will be Renato Cardenas, Eric Ruiz, Erasmo Rocha, Enrique Gomez, Adam Rocha & Matthew Rocha. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at the funeral home with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service.
Yvette was born on December 17, 1972, to Daniel George and Mary Priscilla Cardenas in Weslaco, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffery G. Ruiz of Muscatine, Iowa; one son, Joshua James Jaramillo of Muscatine; two daughters, Stacy Marie Valadez and Samantha Lee Ruiz, both of Muscatine; her parents, Daniel George and Mary Priscilla Cardenas of Weslaco, Texas; a brother, Renato Daniel Cardenas of Weslaco; a two sisters, Geannette Ann Rocha of Blythville, Arkansas, and Jennifer Lee Cardenas of Waterloo, Iowa; several numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
