Loretta "Mousie" Gutwein
September 20, 1931 - July 27, 2012

Loretta "Mousie" Gutwein, of Antigo, died Friday, July 27, 2012 at her home under the care of her family and LeRoyer Hospice. She was 80 years old. She was born on September 20, 1931 in Elmhurst, a daughter of August and Annie (Reiminger) Meisenhelder. She married Richard Gutwein on August 27, 1960 in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on October 5, 1999.

She was employed at Crown, Cork & Seal in Milwaukee for 32 years inspecting bottle caps. After retirement she returned to her home town of Antigo.

She collected mouse nick-knacks, ornaments and anything pertaining to mice. She will be remembered as "#1 Mouse" to her friends and family.

Survivors include two daughters, Karen Ann Baxter (Ray Hill), West Allis and Karen Sue (Russ) Hill, Vasalia, CA; two grandsons, Daniel Baxter (Kelly Lawler), Milwaukee and Brett Hill, Vasalia, CA; two great-grandchildren, Sebastian and Alivea Baxter; two brothers, Willis Meisenhelder, Kissimee, FL and Harry (Lucille) Meisenhelder, Dale.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by four sisters, Millie Stevens, Fern Adamski, Ilene Flesichman and Irene Ingalls; and a brother, Kenny Meisenhelder.

A private service will be held.
