Robert "Bob" Zarda

Robert "Bob" Zarda, of Stevens Point, died Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point. He was 60 years old. He was born on January 20, 1952 in Antigo, a son of William and Bernice (Pagel) Zarda.
He was a graduate of Antigo High School class of 1971.
He lived in Stevens Point most of his life where he married Rochelle Dudzik on May 17, 1986, the couple later divorced. Mr. Zarda worked as a custodian for Stevens Point Area High School, the University of Wiscosin Stevens Point and was currently employed with Clean Power at the National Guard Armory in Stevens Point.
He enjoyed riding his bike and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter Amanda Zarda, Weston; a son Andrew Zarda, Stevens Point, four grandchildren Riley, Amarie, Shay Zarda and Akayla Jones; four brothers Larry (Carol) Zarda, Neenah, Tom (Joan) Zarda, Antigo, Dave Zarda, Antigo, Fred (Jolene) Zarda, Antigo; four sisters Gail (Jim) Strube, DePere, Mary Jo (Bill) Blemke, Irma, Cathy (Dave) Dahlke, Wausau, Sue Zarda, Antigo; a sister in law Sharon Resch of Antigo.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Dan and Joey Zarda.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday from 9-11 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with a concluding prayer service at 11 a.m.
