"I will forever miss you my brother"
"Through the years I have known "Gut" he was always Gut he never changed and never let anything keep him from going strong, through the time of knowing him I grew to love him, respect him, and cherrish him... Gut did most things that only 3 out of 15 men would do, he loved me, my two brothers, my sister, my nephew, my kids, and my brothers kids as his own, he never showed one of us more or less love as the other, it was always equal. If not missed by many he will truly be missed by me and the rest of the Jackson kids....... Gut We Love You and Miss You"

"To the Walker family whom I have known all of my life. My prayers and thoughts are with you. To Gut and the twins, remember how we use to play until the sun goes down in the summer and could hardly wait until the next morning to start all over again:) Those were the good times I will hold close to my heart. To an old neighbor and friend. Love Wanda Burton Williams"
"A precious one from us has gone, a voice we loved is stilled, A place is vacant in our home, which never can be filled. And after a lonely heartache, and many silent tears, But always a beautiful memory Of one we love so dear."
