Frank P. McAleer

Francis P. "Frank" McAleer, age 78 of Maple Glen PA, died Monday in an auto accident in Cumberland County, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Francis and Katherine (nee McGeady) McAleer. Frank was a frequent visitor of the sick and was a friend at Artman Home. He was a Metallurgical Engineer and operated B & F Tool Shop in Germantown for over 25 years prior to his retirement in 1994. Mr. McAleer was a member of St. Alphonsus Church in Maple Glen where he was active with the Bible Study and served as a Eucharistic Minister, ASM (American Society of Metallurgy), The History Book Club at Upper Dublin Library, and the Philadelphia Trail Club. He is survived by his Wife of 52 years Barbara A. (nee Townsend) McAleer. He is the devoted father of Brian McAleer and his wife Carlene of Horsham, Michelle A. Dobson and her husband Robert of Carlsbad, CA and Sue Devlin and her husband John of Alameda, CA. Frank is the loving grandfather of Samantha, Kerri, Craig, Brianna, Caila and Morgan and great grandfather of Grant.
